How long does shipping take?
We typically ship orders within 3 business days from receipt of your order. Standard shipping typically takes 5-7 business days. Express shipping options are available at checkout for faster delivery. Shipping times may vary based on your location and current order volume.
What is your return policy?
We offer a 30-day return policy on most items. Products must be unused and in new condition. To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team with your order number. The customer is responsible for return shipping charges, unless the order was processed in error by us.
How do I track my order?
Once your order ships, you'll receive a tracking number via email. You can use this number to monitor your package's progress on the carrier's website. Most orders include real-time tracking updates.
Do you ship internationally?
Currently we only offer direct shipping to the United States through our website. Please contact us to discuss the options for shipping outside the US.
What if my item arrives damaged?
Please do not sign for or accept any package or delivery which has obvious signs of damage. If damage is later discovered which was not immediately apparent, please contact asap us at shakertape@gmail.com with photos of the damage and packaging. We'll work with you to arrange a replacement or refund as quickly as possible.
Do you charge sales tax?
We are based in New Hampshire, which does not charge sales tax.
